You expressly agree to be governed by the terms and circumstances of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and any applicable Services’ terms and conditions by visiting the Booking Platform, supplying your information, or using our Services offered on the Booking Platform. Your personal information will be stored and processed largely in India, which may have different data protection legislation than the country in which you are based. You consent to
the transfer of information outside of your country of residency by using the Booking Platform and our Services.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was acquired or as required by law. Fastays keeps online data connected to online behavioural advertising for a maximum of 365 days until it expires, subject to certain restrictions. The 365-day period may start over if the same user accesses or interacts with an ad, email, the Services, or a channel again. We may keep data about you if we have a legal obligation to do so; if we feel it is necessary to prevent fraud or future misuse; to enable Lexstays to exercise its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims; or for other legitimate reasons.

Terms Of Use

Fastays is an online and physical business that offers affordable accommodation/rental business/flight bookings/travel services under the Fastays brand. The following Terms and Conditions apply to any Guests or customers who book accommodations through any of our online channels, such as our website, a third-party website, mobile applications, or a third-party application, or through offline channels, such as our call centre, Advertisements, referrals, and other third parties Channels.
Before you begin making a Booking through our Booking System, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests who make a reservation through any of the Booking Channels, These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and Lexstays reserves the right to change them, as well as any other information contained in any Booking Channel, at any time and without previous notice to you. Please note that the revised Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted. Lexstays reserves the right to make
enhancements or changes to the services specified in Booking Channels at any time and without notice. As a result, you should review these Terms and Conditions on a frequent basis for any changes or modifications. If you do not agree with the modifications, kindly refrain from using our Booking Channels to make a reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelation Policy
For any bookings, if cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 14 to 7 days 50 percent of the total amount will be refunded. For any cancellation in less than 7 days before the arrival date no refund.

Refund Policy
For any refund there will be a deduction of 5 % of the total amount towards payment gateway charges and convenience fees. All the refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
